Shipping to the United States and Canada
If you're located in the United States and your order totals $70 and more, you'll enjoy free shipping. Processing and shipping usually take between 2-8 business days. For our Canadian customers, orders typically take between 5-25 business days to arrive, and the shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of your purchase and the courier you choose.
If you need your order to arrive sooner, you can choose to expedite your shipment at checkout. Please note that to qualify for free shipping, your order must meet the designated minimum amount after all discounts and promotional codes have been applied.
Please take note that orders shipped to Canada may be subjected to customs duties and/or customs processing and brokerages fees. It's essential to understand that SHINE THE HIJAB is not liable for any customs charges that may arise during the delivery process. However, we are always ready to help you in any way we can. Shipping to Qatar
We started to ship to Qatar.
Shipping rates to Qatar are determined by the weight of your purchase and the courier you select. Depending on your choice, shipping speeds can range from 10 to 30 days.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and/or customs processing fees. Shipping to The United Kingdom and The Rest of The World.
We opened our shipping to the UK and the world. International shipping costs and times vary from country to country depending on the destination address and the package weight. It might be between 7 –27 days to arrive at its destination. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and/or customs processing fees that are determined by the government of the destination country. SHIEN THE HIJAB is not responsible for any tax or customs charges that may occur on international deliveries. However, we are here to assist you as much as we can. Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a refund.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item for any reason, SHINE THE HIJAB accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase in its original bags, except on final sale items and if otherwise stated. Also, we do not return gift cards, gift boxes, and scrunchies.
Please note that we reserve the right not to accept any product with visible signs of wear.

Please note that for the U.S. customers, $7 USD will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of shipping and restocking the merchandise. However, this fee is waived if you opt for an exchange or store credit.
For International Returns, Please note that we are not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. You will be refunded for the items returned, not the shipping costs or any customs/duty fees you might have incurred upon receiving your order.
